With a 7-day food diary provided by you, we conduct a thorough 2-hour initial consultation to understand your needs better. We then create a detailed action plan, including a supplementation plan if necessary.

Our program includes a step-by-step guide to resetting your nutritional foundation, mastering portion sizes, and efficient meal prepping. We offer insights into the basics of nutrition and empower you to make healthier food choices.

To track your progress effectively, we schedule short bi-weekly meetups to discuss your realistic progress or regress. After the program, we conduct a 1-hour follow-up consultation to finalize your achieved goals. As an add-on, we also offer various tests on demand to further personalize your experience.
